Chris Thatcher, President and CEO

Chris is a graduate of Gordon College, were he majored in History. After college he worked for Lutheran Social Services as the Lutheran Disaster Response Coordinator for New England. He joined TESco in 2011 as the Project Manager. In his free time he enjoys sailing and hiking.

Allison Clark, Vice President

Allison graduated from the University of Massachusetts in May of 2013 with a Bachelors in Plastics Engineering. She completed her Masters in the same May 2015. While Allison wears many hats at TESco, her primary areas of interest are in material selection and development as well as process validation and regulatory affairs. When not working Allison enjoys day-tripping around New England (mostly VT, NH and ME), walking her Siberian Husky Arya, and spending time with her growing family.

Rebekah Thatcher, Director of Administration

Rebekah has been an employee of TESco Associates since 2008 and became the Director of Administration in 2025.  She has a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from Gordon College in Massachusetts.  Fall is her favorite time of the year with the appearance of cider donuts on every corner and festivals in every town.  She loves her gardens and greedily devours every book she can find in her time off.

Justin Ritter, Director of Operations

Justin is a 2013 graduate from UMass Lowell and joined TESco in June later that year. At work, Justin adds to TESco’s strength in plastic part design, mold design, and tooling. In his free time he enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and skiing during the winter. Justin Initially started as an intern in 2012 and came on board full time in 2013.

Jay Liang, Operations Manager

Mr. Liang joined TESco Associates in March 2008. Prior to joining TESco Associates, he held positions at W.R. Grace, Rohm and Haas, and Van Stry Design. Mr. Liang holds a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering. During his free time, he likes to golf, fish, bike and spend time with his family.

Carlos Kinosian, Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Started with TESco in June 2024. Carlos’s career spans a diverse background rooted in Quality Assurance. Originating in fast paced high-tech industry and evolving into 30+ years of medical device life sciences. Specializing in ISO 13485 QMS development and FDA compliance under 21 CFR 820. Engineering disciplines in Medical Device Research and Development, Supply Chain Product Quality. Metrology Scientist and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing expert. In his spare time enjoys saltwater fly fishing, fly rod building, competitive sporting clays, cigar rolling, poetic writing and all things travel related. 

Toni McBride, Quality Manager

Toni McBride has over 30 years in the medical device industry with expertise in 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485:2016. During her career, she has held positions in many different roles including R&D and Manufacturing, however her passion and dedication belongs to Quality/Regulatory. In Toni’s spare time she enjoys being with her family, friends and traveling.
